1 General Provisions

bq99 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") serve as the legal agreement governing all services, software, content, and activities on the bq99 platform. These Terms are in effect between you (the "User") and bq99.

By browsing our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you will be considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified using the same IP address, device, or payment method, all accounts may be suspended or closed.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of this agreement and may result in account termination. It is your responsibility to notify our support team of any changes to your information.

• Provide your full name correctly.
• Provide a valid email address and phone number.
• State your date of birth accurately.
• You must be a legitimate individual residing in Bangladesh.

3 Account Security

Ensuring the security of your bq99 account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password and login details strictly confidential and do not share them with any third party. Allowing anyone else access to your account is strictly prohibited.

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. bq99 is not liable for any financial loss resulting from unauthorized access unless our direct negligence is proven.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

bq99 supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial services. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet), and Upay. No other methods are accepted at this time.

4.2 Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• If you deposited using a particular payment method, we prefer that you withdraw through the same method.

4.3 Processing Time

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Approved withdrawals typically take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. In some cases, verification requirements may cause a slight delay.

4.4 Verification

For large withdrawal amounts, bq99 may carry out an identity verification (KYC) process. Cooperation with this process is mandatory. If verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New bq99 members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳14,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal. You must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳1,200 worth of bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable only once and cannot be combined with other bonuses.
• bq99 reserves the right to set wagering contribution rates for specific games.
• Attempting to withdraw directly after receiving a bonus may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Separate terms may apply to promotional offers and will be made clear alongside the relevant offer.
• The wagering requirement period is calculated from the date the bonus is received.
• bq99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All bets and games on bq99 are final and cannot be changed. It is your responsibility to read all terms carefully before placing a bet. If a bet is incorrectly accepted due to a technical error, bq99 reserves the right to void it.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting allows you to place bets across various markets. Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Betting market outcomes are determined in accordance with the announcements of the relevant authority.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slots are operated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). bq99 uses SSL encryption and secure gaming technology to ensure fair play. Game outcomes are entirely random and follow no predetermined pattern.

6.4 VIP Program

bq99's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; and Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. You can gradually advance to higher tiers based on regular activity.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bq99 and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Any attempt at fraud, manipulation, or gaining an unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Betting or gaming using automated software (bots) or scripts.
• Harassment or misconduct towards other users.
• Providing false identity or personal information.
• Any form of collusion or coordinated cheating.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 bq99's Actions

bq99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of, or reasonable suspicion of, fraud or deception.
• Failure to verify age or identity.
• Instructions from legal authorities or compliance with legal obligations.
• Extended period of inactivity on the account.

8.2 User Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawals must be completed and it will be verified whether applicable bonus terms have been met.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

bq99 bears no liability in the following cases:

• If gameplay is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• If loss occurs due to problems with the user's own device or network.
• For delays or errors in the services of third-party payment providers.
• If the service is disrupted due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances.
